In 12 months, Leattytia…
🎉4X her revenue
🎉Became profitable
🎉Started paying herself
🎉Created a more flexible schedule allowing her to work when and how she chooses. Bringing her more work life harmony
Here is how she did it…
When Leattytia and I connected a year ago, she was at a crossroads. Green Paws was struggling with tight margins, cash flow issues, and the complexities of scaling a food business. Despite her passion for providing healthy and nutritious options for pets, Leattytia felt overwhelmed and stuck, unsure of how to move her business forward.
The Challenge
Leattytia was overwhelmed, and needed to reconnect with her “why” and reignite the spark that had originally driven her to start Green Paws. The pressures of entrepreneurship had taken a toll on her mindset, leading to a scarcity mentality and a constant hustle that left little room for joy or self-care. It also resulted in her not working strategically to get the business where it needed to go.
Leattytia knew that to scale her business successfully, she needed to make profound changes not only in her business strategy but also in her mindset.
The Transformation
We started working together in a private coaching container, focusing on her personal AND professional goals. The focus was on shifting her mindset from one of scarcity and relentless hustle to one of abundance, alignment, and peace.
What we did:
✅Solving any challenges that were existing within the business and greatly occupying her time
✅Creating a blueprint so Leattytia knew EXACTLY how she was going to hit her annual revenue goals and eventually exit the business. So all she had to do was execute.
✅ Building an abundant, growth mindset by reframing her thinking and integrating new habits
✅Creating a daily mindfulness routine, ensuring she started her day feeling good, instead of feeling overwhelmed
✅Strategizing the launch of her new product line
✅Delegating tasks that could be done at least 80% as well, so she could make strategic decisions that aligned with her long-term vision for Green Paws, rather than getting bogged down by day-to-day operational struggles
Leattytia also created a support system for this next step in the business, surrounding herself with a team of experts and spiritual support as she entered this next phase.
“Success doesn't have to be hard or require sacrificing sleep or happiness. By shifting my mindset from hustle to abundance, I found joy in running my business again, and Green Paws began to thrive in ways I never imagined.”
— Leattytia Badibanga
We focused on the following principles:
💡Mindset - Building a growth mindset
💡Money - Building a money mindset and look at how to increase profit margins
💡Well-Being - Making sure there was work life harmony
💡Habits - Developing all the habits to ACTUALLY hit her business goals
💡Growth - Creating the blueprint to make those goals happen
The Outcome
The impact of this mindset shift was profound. Leattytia's business saw significant growth, with revenue quadrupling. For the first time in four years, Leattytia was able to pay herself a salary, a milestone that filled her with pride and renewed motivation to continue scaling Green Paws.
Leattytia also learned that success doesn't have to come at the cost of her well-being! By prioritizing self-care and joy, she found that her business became more enjoyable and grew with more ease.
The shift from HUSTLE to growing her business in a more mindful and strategic way significantly changed how she worked and made decisions… Ultimately bringing her these results.

In a few short months, Tory...
🎉 Established healthy work boundaries
🎉 Implemented efficient systems for organization
🎉 Took control of her schedule, feeling balanced and in control
🎉 Improved her work-life harmony, allowing her to focus on meaningful tasks
The Challenge
When Tory and I first connected, she was feeling overwhelmed and out of control in her business. Without a structured routine or systems to manage her workload, Tory often found herself working late nights, battling burnout, and feeling disorganized. She needed a better way to handle her responsibilities and regain balance in her life. Tory’s initial challenge was a lack of boundaries and systems, leaving her stressed and constantly working. She needed to establish routines and implement structures to manage her time effectively. The ongoing demands of her work left little space for her to focus on business growth or personal well-being.
The Transformation
Together, we focused on creating a clear plan to bring balance, efficiency, and sustainability to her work life. We addressed not only her business goals but also the mental shift needed to build a manageable, fulfilling workflow.
What we did:
✅ Established firm boundaries for working hours and meeting schedules to prevent burnout
✅ Set clear expectations with clients on task turnaround times
✅ Limited distractions by setting her phone to “work” mode and turning off notifications during non-work hours
✅ Introduced a daily task list to keep her day organized and prevent overload
✅ Started tracking tasks in Asana to reduce mental strain and ensure nothing was overlooked
✅ Built a system for managing business tasks like invoicing, marketing, and outreach, ensuring dedicated time for these activities
We focused on these principles:
💡 Boundaries - Setting limits on work hours and tasks
💡 Organization - Creating routines for daily and weekly tasks
💡 Focus - Reducing distractions to boost productivity
💡 Sustainability - Implementing systems to support long-term growth
The Outcome
Since implementing these changes, Tory feels in control of her business. Even during busy times, she’s equipped with systems that prevent panic and make tackling her to-do list manageable. She now has the tools to stay balanced and productive, ready to take on new challenges with confidence.
