Great to meet you!

I’m a Business Coach & Consultant, 4X Founder, and Speaker.

My mission? To help entrepreneurs grow impactful businesses that change the world—all while minimizing stress and overwhelm.

Because here’s the truth: you deserve to see your business thrive and have a fulfilling life outside of it. You didn’t start your business to end up burnt out and miserable. If your venture is going to make a difference, you need to be thriving too.

My style is high-energy, positive, transparent, honest, and strategic. I’m an open book and love being a #1 cheerleader for entrepreneurs I believe in. My clients can expect enthusiastic voice notes cheering them on every step of the way!

Since 2014, I’ve launched four companies, including two first-of-their-kind businesses in Canada—EarthPup and Terus. My journey into entrepreneurship began by accident during my undergrad, when I started Terus out of frustration with daily food waste at work. This sparked a passion for purpose-driven entrepreneurship that builds a better world while helping founders create the lives they dream of.

To date, I’ve coached over 300 entrepreneurs across the globe—in the US, Colombia, Hong Kong, the UK, and the Western Balkans. I’ve also served as an expert consultant on impact entrepreneurship for the United Nations and the Canadian Federal Government. Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 in Sustainability by Corporate Knights and named Emerging Leader by the University of Toronto, I’m committed to supporting purpose-driven businesses.

With over $20 million in capital raised for entrepreneurs I’ve worked with, I firmly believe impactful businesses will change the world.

A bit more about me…

My two greatest loves are business and music.

I’m obsessed with dogs (see the pic of me and Elsie… and her beloved rock). I’ve been playing music since I was 7—my mum hoped I’d become a jazz musician (sorry, Mum!)—so I took jazz piano and saxophone lessons for over a decade. I’ve played in symphony, jazz, Motown, alternative, and experimental bands, and most recently, in a 9-piece disco-funk band called Human Magic in Toronto.

Currently, I’m working on writing my own music, set to release next year!

My Story

In entrepreneurship, even when things go terribly wrong, there’s always a silver lining. In August 2022, I was preparing to launch a first-of-its-kind product line with my business, EarthPup. The products were formulated, packaging completed, and supply chain ready. We were introducing an innovative product to the pet industry, and our retailers were eagerly waiting. I was hustling hard—working around the clock, neglecting my health—and then I got very sick.

At first, I had no idea what was happening. I couldn’t eat, barely consuming 200 calories a day, and saw three different doctors who couldn’t find an answer. They handed me a Gravol, suggested I might be pregnant, and sent me home, brushing off my concerns. My health continued to deteriorate until a naturopath finally figured it out: I had been exposed to toxic mold—the most dangerous kind, including black mold—and my liver was starting to fail. Recovery would take one to one-and-a-half years, and the detox process would make me feel worse before I could get better. The illness impacted my cognitive function, nervous system, muscles, and digestion—everything. My doctor explained that stress had already compromised my system, and this was “the straw that broke the camel’s back,” causing my body to begin shutting down.

EarthPup had to pause operations, and I went on medical leave for a month. I only recently recovered from this illness, and I’m grateful that the worst is behind me.

This experience transformed my mission. I realized that entrepreneurs who want to change the world can’t make the impact they envision if they’re burnt out, stressed, or battling chronic health issues like I did. I learned my lesson the hard way, and it changed how I work. Now, I prioritize both results and well-being—and I help my coaching clients do the same.
